2006

  • Coordinator - Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) staff team responsible for the establishment of a Department of Management Technology.  Programme was approved to admit students for 2007/2008 Session.

  • Resource person -  Workshop on Research on African Legislatures, University of Cape Town, Cape Town, South Africa.

  • Facilitator, of Fourth Forum of  African Heads of Civil Services organised by the Commonwealth Secretariat, London in South Africa.

  • Advisory activity at Rwanda’s Human and Institutional Development Agency (Sponsor: Adam Smith Institutional/World Bank.

2008

  • Facilitator of Retreat for Principal Officers, Directorate staff and senior academics of Federal University of Technology, Akure.  

  • Institutional Assessment of the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (OHCSF).  Led a team of five experts to conduct the assessment. (Sponsor: Federal Public Service Reform Programme/Department for International Development of UK Government).

  • Support to Rwanda’s Human and Institutional Development Agency in the development of its Strategy (Sponsor: Adam Smith Institutional/World Bank.

  • Lead adviser of the team of consultants that supported the development of Nigeria’s National Strategy for Public Service Reform (NSPSR). (Sponsor: Federal Public Service Reform Programme/Department for International Development of UK Government).
